Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offers spacious and very comfortable rooms at no extra cost, filled with natural light, but they are a bit tiny and lack privacy. The staff are friendly and beyond helpful, making the stay enjoyable. The location is lovely, a peaceful and upscale area, perfect for a good night's sleep away from the city center. The dining experience is great, with friendly staff and a perfect location for visiting family.
I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The rooms had a pretty balcony looking out onto the gardens where tropical birds often visited, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The comfort of the rooms made for a great night's sleep. However, the rooms on the back side were not as good. The service was polite, but the absence of breakfast despite the price was a bit disappointing. The hotel's location was convenient for exploring museums and beyond, being within walking distance of many attractions and public transportation. The dining options were limited, so we opted for nearby cafés, and the lack of lunch and dinner choices was a downside. Despite these, the hotel offered complimentary coffee for guests, a lovely touch in the morning.
The hotel rooms were so comfortable we all slept really well, though a bit small and crowded with furniture, especially on the second floor during summer. The service was a mix of long shifts but overall attentive and friendly, especially Stephen. The location was convenient and close to the museum quarter with a charming historical vibe. The dining wasn't tried, but the facilities were good overall.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were very hot, with a view of a garden and located in a quiet area about a 10-minute walk from the Museum district. However, the walls were quite thin, making it noisy at times.
Staying in the so-called executive room with a view of a small garden from the terrace was cozy, although the bathroom could use a refresh. The staff were incredibly helpful and kind, going out of their way to assist at any time. The hotel's location in a quiet, leafy residential area offered a peaceful retreat with easy access to museums and tourist spots. The dining experience in the bar/restaurant was excellent, boasting a wide selection of food, though slightly pricey at times.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel; my deluxe room with breakfast was perfect in every aspect. The service, cleaning service, room service, and modern facilities in an antique setting were outstanding. However, the noise from other rooms was a bit bothersome, but overall, it was a great experience.
